Good Morning Emerson

I was one of three Executive Producers for Emerson College's morning news show, responsible for hiring the talent and organizing the content of seven live broadcasts. One of these episodes won an award for "Outstanding Television News Programming." I organized the scripts, scheduled interview guests and for this specific episode, I wrote and edited the host segment.

My coursework provided me with valuable experience as a Multi-Media Journalist. I pitched and developed story ideas, independently conducting source outreach and operating camera equipment. I have written, produced, and edited over 30 news packages at Emerson College.

Documentary

Staying Afloat

I produced and wrote a short documentary that is a deep dive into the current state of New England's fishing industry amidst the challenges of climate change. I led two others in conducting extensive research, building a website, and editing this film.

Articles

I was a writer for multiple news outlets through internships and multiple organizations at Emerson College. I wrote hard news articles along with entertainment editorials for magazines.
